This policy explains what PerpWatch is, what data it works with and the choices you have. PerpWatch is a crypto perpetual-futures monitoring app that helps you view margin, leverage, PnL, funding and liquidation-risk information across the exchanges you connect. It does not provide financial advice and does not execute trades.

1. Read-only by design

If you connect an exchange account, PerpWatch uses read-only API access to read your positions and account data needed to show your dashboard. Use read-only API permissions and do not grant withdrawal permissions. PerpWatch cannot place trades, move balances or withdraw funds.

2. Information PerpWatch works with

Depending on your configuration, PerpWatch may process: connected exchange identifiers and read-only API credentials, the position and account data those keys return, your preferences (currency, default exchange, appearance), alert thresholds and your subscription status.

3. Where your data lives

Settings and connection details are stored on your device. Where PerpWatch uses any cloud, analytics, crash-reporting or push-notification services to deliver functionality, those providers process only what is needed for that function, under their own privacy notices.

4. Subscriptions

The Free plan covers up to three contracts. Pro ($4.99/month) unlocks unlimited contracts and the full feature set. Subscriptions, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled through Apple's App Store under Apple's terms and privacy policy; PerpWatch does not receive your card details.

5. How information is used

To show your positions and risk metrics, send the alerts you configure, maintain your subscription, keep the app reliable, diagnose issues and respond to support requests. PerpWatch does not sell your data.

6. Security

Trading data is sensitive. Keep your device secure, protect your exchange accounts, and only ever issue API keys with the minimum permissions required — read-only, no withdrawals. No app can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

You can remove an exchange connection, change your preferences, cancel your subscription through Apple, and delete the app from your device at any time. For data questions or deletion requests, contact support@perpwatch.app.
