This policy explains what PerpWatch is, what data it works with and the choices you have. PerpWatch is a crypto perpetual-futures monitoring app that helps you view margin, leverage, PnL, funding and liquidation-risk information across the exchanges you trade on, using position details you enter yourself. It does not provide financial advice and does not execute trades.

1. No exchange connection

PerpWatch does not connect to your exchange accounts. You enter your positions manually, so PerpWatch has no keys, no logins and no access to your balances. It cannot place trades, move balances or withdraw funds.

2. Information PerpWatch works with

Depending on your configuration, PerpWatch may process: the position details you enter (such as symbol, side, size, leverage, entry price and the exchange), your preferences (currency, default exchange, appearance), alert thresholds and your subscription status.

3. Where your data lives

Settings and the positions you enter are stored on your device. Where PerpWatch uses any cloud, analytics, crash-reporting or push-notification services to deliver functionality, those providers process only what is needed for that function, under their own privacy notices.

4. Subscriptions

PerpWatch is free to download. The Free plan covers up to two open positions across one exchange. Pro ($3.99/month or $39.99/year) unlocks unlimited contracts, unlimited exchanges and the full feature set. A limited-time Founder tier ($79.99) provides a permanent unlock for early adopters while available. Subscriptions, purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled through Apple's App Store under Apple's terms and privacy policy; PerpWatch does not receive your card details.

5. How information is used

To show your positions and risk metrics, send the alerts you configure, maintain your subscription, keep the app reliable, diagnose issues and respond to support requests. PerpWatch does not sell your data.

6. Security

Trading data is sensitive. Keep your device secure and protect your exchange accounts. Because PerpWatch never connects to those accounts, there are no keys or credentials for it to hold. No app can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

You can delete positions you've entered, change your preferences, cancel your subscription through Apple, and delete the app from your device at any time. For data questions or deletion requests, contact perpwatchhelp@proton.me.
