By using PerpWatch you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside the Privacy Policy.

1. Informational use only

PerpWatch provides monitoring information and estimated risk metrics for crypto perpetual futures. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.

2. No trade execution or custody

PerpWatch is not an exchange, broker, custodian or trading venue. It connects with read-only access, does not hold funds, and should not be relied on as the sole basis for any trading decision.

3. High-risk products

Perpetual futures are volatile, leveraged products. You can lose money rapidly, including more than expected. Liquidation and margin estimates may be inaccurate or delayed and depend on each exchange's rules.

4. Alerts

Alerts are provided on a best-efforts basis and may be delayed, missed or inaccurate due to connectivity, device settings, third-party services, exchange data, market movement or app limitations. Do not rely on alerts as a guarantee against liquidation or loss.

5. Plans & subscriptions

The Free plan covers up to three contracts. Pro costs $4.99/month and unlocks unlimited contracts and the full feature set. Purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled through Apple's App Store under Apple's terms. Prices may change with notice.

6. Acceptable use

Use PerpWatch only with accounts and API keys you are authorised to access. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or use it unlawfully.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PerpWatch is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for trading losses or for decisions made using the app's information.
